The warranty period of machinery is 12 months from the 21st of the bill of lading under the following conditions:
- Consumable components such as rubber rollers, belts, thermal tape, bearings, etc. are not covered by the warranty.
- Electronic components, circuit boards, anti-static units, motors will be warranted for 6 months from the 21st of the bill of lading.
- The mechanical part of the machine will have a 12 month warranty.
During the warranty period, the machine has a problem that is the fault of the seller, the seller will be responsible for all costs. If the buyer's technique is not carefully used and a malfunction occurs for the machine, the buyer will be responsible for all costs (including accommodation, living expenses, engineer's salary, including including the cost of repairing damaged machinery and other costs incurred etc.)
Regarding the warranty of mechanical equipment, it is necessary to follow the following steps:
- Take a photo of damaged components -> send an email to customer care
- After receiving the information, we will handle and solve the problem as soon as possible. In case the components are not available in Vietnam, but the buyer is in urgent need, the buyer will send it to the company for repair and ask the company for a quote and specify in detail what damaged components are. After receiving the approval of the repair cost from the supplier, the repair will be carried out.
- After the repair is complete, please email the receipt to customer service.
- If the customer does not follow the above warranty process, the buyer will bear all costs incurred.
